CDSD marine cryogenic quick-freezing unit

After the fresh fish or frozen goods caught on board are sorted and loaded, they are put into the terminal quick-freezing device. The quick-freezing device will quickly freeze the fresh fish or frozen goods at normal temperature to the set temperature, and then transfer them to the cold storage room for refrigeration.

Control and safety protection:

A) The quick-freezing device has automatic control function. Under automatic condition, the working time of the quick-freezing device can be automatically controlled according to the preset quick-freezing time;

B) The quick-freezing device has manual control function. In the case of manual operation, the solenoid valve can be opened and closed manually and the working time of the quick-freezing device can be controlled;

Composition: The quick-freezing device consists of a set of condensing unit and hydraulic plate quick-freezing device.

The condensing unit consists of Marine refrigeration compressor, Marine condenser, oil separator, gas-liquid separator, filter dryer, liquid storage device, electrical control box and frame, etc. The compression condensing unit equipment is assembled on the frame, which greatly reduces installation work and space footprint on the ship, while also facilitating operation. The hydraulic plate quick-freezing device consists of the plate quick-freezing device, hydraulic device, peripheral and valve group (including solenoid valve, electronic expansion valve, globe valve, etc.). The hydraulic plate quick-freeze unit is assembled on a pedestal, which also greatly reduces the amount of work and space taken up on the ship, and is easy to operate. The quick-freezing device is characterized by high automation, large refrigeration capacity, large amount of frozen food, fast freezing speed, compact structure and less space occupation. The high degree of automation of electrical control is conducive to reducing the labor intensity of operators, saving energy consumption and reducing operating costs.
