Main components

marine air cooled refrigeration plant is mainly composed of marine air cooled refrigeration unit, electric control box, valve plates, air cooler. Marine air cooled refrigeration unit is composed of two refrigeration compressors (one for refrigeration, one standby), two air cooled condensers, two liquid receivers, two gas-liquid separators, two dry filters, safety protection device and other parts; all parts are installed on a common base; there is one valve plate, mainly composed of thermal expansion valve, solenoid valve, stop valve, evaporating pressure control valve.

Marine air cooled refrigeration plant is mainly used in all kinds of naval vessels, ships, marine platforms where food preservation is needed, it provides cold source for cold rooms, mainly used to maintain the temperature required by food preservation, keep food fresh.

● Compressor: piston type （open or semi-hermetic or hermetic type）, screw compressor can be used if cooling capacity is large, standard equip Bitzer compressor, BOCK、Carrier and other brands can be selected.

● Single refrigerating circuit can be adopted, double refrigerating circuit also can be selected, the unit equips two independent refrigerating circuits, and each system equips one compressor. When one of the refrigerating circuits is running, the other one can be used as standby.
